Right to Cancel:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products.

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at sac@northroco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Process:

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.

Products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Refunds:

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Defective Products:

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately.

We offer replacement or full refund for defective products.

Exceptions:

Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

Return Costs:

We cover return shipping costs for defective products.

For cancellations, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
