How does the multi-buy saving work?

Is it real leather?
No. The outer is faux leather. The full composition is printed on the garment label, and we can send it before you order if you write to support@northoco.com.
How do I choose my size?
Sizes follow the maker's labels rather than UK sizing, and the cut is slim. Compare with a jacket you already own and like the fit of, or write to support@northoco.com with your height, chest measurement and usual size, and we will tell you which to take.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 working days: 1 working day for us to process your order, 1 to 3 working days for it to be prepared and dispatched, and around 4 to 6 working days in transit to your UK address. We email your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page. The first tracking update can take up to 48 hours to appear, and that does not change when your order arrives.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Standard delivery is free on every order to a UK address, with no minimum spend. We do not ship outside the UK at the moment.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you would like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back, unworn and in its original packaging. We refund within 14 days of receiving it. If you have simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours to pay. Full details are on our Returns page.
What if it arrives faulty or wrong?
Write to support@northoco.com straight away, ideally with a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the return postage.
