1. Right to Cancel:

   • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products.
   • To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at sac@northroco.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Process:

   • After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.
   • Products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

3. Refunds:

   • We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
   • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

4. Defective Products:

   • If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately.
   • We offer replacement or full refund for defective products.

5. Exceptions:

   • Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

6. Return Costs:

   • We cover return shipping costs for defective products.
   • For cancellations, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
