Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 working days: 1 working day for us to process your order, 1 to 3 working days for it to be prepared and dispatched, and around 4 to 6 working days in transit to your UK address. We email your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page. The first tracking update can take up to 48 hours to appear, and that does not change when your order arrives. Engraved pieces are made to order, so they can take a little longer.
Yes. Standard delivery is free on every order to a UK address, with no minimum spend. We do not ship outside the UK at the moment.
