Chest is the full circumference. Lay your own jacket flat, measure across the chest and double it. Allow a little room for what you wear underneath. Measurements may vary by 1 to 3 cm. Sizes follow the maker's labels rather than UK sizing, so the measurements are the better guide.

What is it made of?
A cotton-blend outer with a smooth 100% polyester lining and an easy-care finish.
Can I wear it as a jacket?
Yes. Over a tee or a knit, it does the work of a light jacket on milder days.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 working days: 1 working day for us to process your order, 1 to 3 working days for it to be prepared and dispatched, and around 4 to 6 working days in transit to your UK address. We email your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page. The first tracking update can take up to 48 hours to appear, and that does not change when your order arrives.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Standard delivery is free on every order to a UK address, with no minimum spend. We do not ship outside the UK at the moment.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you would like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back, unworn and in its original packaging. We refund within 14 days of receiving it. If you have simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours to pay. Full details are on our Returns page.
What if it arrives faulty or wrong?
Write to support@northoco.com straight away, ideally with a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the return postage.
